These are the two bachelor degrees in one domain as the Bachelor of Medicine and the Bachelor of Surgery. This is the tradition of United Kingdom and many universities in various countries are following this tradition.
While in the US, both of the degrees are awarded separately as the M.D (Doctor of Medicine) and D.O (Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine). It is the only bachelor degree that makes the students eligible to carry the term “doctor” with their name.

Language: The medium of Instruction – English is easy to understand for its South Asian dialect in compare to the Chinese-English. In general, Chinese people do not understand nor do they speak English, a major barrier of communication with non-Chinese.
Food: Tastes and preparation of food are also similar in this South Asian region than how they cook in China. We visited China Medical Colleges twice and found that the local Chinese foods to be non-compatible to our tastes. PS. The Chinese restaurants those we see in South Asia have cooking style and tastes far remote than what authentic Chinese food tastes in China.
Cost: Any Chinese medical college would be costlier than their Bangladeshi counterpart in terms of fees and lodging etc., given the fact that the standard of living increased dramatically in major Chinese cities after their great leader Deng Xiao Ping’s reform policies implemented since 1990s and getting pace every year.
Recognition of MBBS degree: As we found in MCI Website above that the accreditation that Bangladeshi medical colleges receive in most of the Western countries are better than the Chinese since the British ruled for more than 200 years. Medical study in Bangladesh is Best option for South East Asian counterparts.
Apart from these peripheral advantages Bangladesh medical colleges have, the Chinese would get better infrastructural facilities and instruments with very illustrative books (we are not sure if you can get one translated in English). The thing that one may need to learn (memories) is about 7500 Chinese Language Characters just to be able to interact meaningfully. For Science (Engineering & Medicine) we may has to double or triple that quantity of characters to do very good in your studies in China.
Travelling Cost: By road Rs 1400/- Kolkata to Dhaka (Everyday) By Air – Flight Ticket cost Delhi to Dhaka 4900/- and Kolkata to Dhaka 4800/- (Everyday)
By train Kolkata to Dhaka 1150/- AC 3+Food (Bi weekly)

    3. 3. In MBBS you'll have to study further in something as 5 years are not enough and will leave you as a physician. But, in BDS it's not an absolute requirement to further super-specialise in master's degree.BDS itself is a specialised course.
    4. 4.after your Bachelors you get good employment faster as compared to MBBS.

But you'll have limited options in BDS because there is no turning back . And in MBBS you can decide what to specialise in.

    Is MBBS 1st year difficult?

1st year MBBS is a lot to take in as a newbie! You have to encounter with 3 vast subjects, new place and new people. If you're a hostelite, it becomes difficult to adjust in the new environment. You're a topper of your school till class 12th and then you enter a place where everyone is a topper.

Because of this many students come to mbbs with a laid back attitude ki ho jayega , 12 mai itna score kar Lia toh yeh to ho jayega , god you are so wrong .
Another reason that students find 1st mbbs difficult is that it is completely different from what you have studied upto 12th, the syllabus is humongous, studying one night before the exam won't let you pass with flying colours, some topics will be difficult to deal with and will have to be revised again and again .
Also people try to read and remember everything as you would do in 12 std which is impossible in mbbs , hence one should always try to understand the concepts in mbbs and learn to recall them , and importance have to be given to the repeated topics in the previous exams .
    Other reasons are
    Homesickness
Trouble adjusting in the new environment
Taking wrong advice from the wrong seniors
Language problem as pointed in other answers , especially if you are not an English medium student .
Always being in an ever enjoying mood given the freedom you have got being away from home .
Complete lack of interest in the field of medicine.
Getting into drugs and other bad habits .
If you have taken mbbs because you love medicine and find beauty in the amazing structures of the human body , if you think the mechanism of action potential generation in your body which occurs in milliseconds (1 millisecond = 1/1000th of a second ) amazes you then you won't find it difficult.
Read standard textbooks, understand the concepts , keep calm and continue studying and you will sail through 1st mbbs .
